Abstract

Introduction

Acupuncture is a treatment method with a history of about 3000 years and can be used for many ailments, especially in pain treatment. Migraine often affects the young population and is 2-3 times more common in women. Migraine both reduces the quality of life of the person and becomes an economic burden on society.

Case

In this case, we use acupuncture for a 50-year-old female who cannot use oral drugs. After 10 sessions, she had significant relief.

Conclusion

We advise acupuncture in the treatment of migraine, especially for patients with comorbidities, using multiple drugs, or who do not want to use drugs
