Could it be Necrotizing Fasciitis?

Necrotizing fasciitis is a rarely encountered disease that can rapidly disrupt the patient’s clinical course and lead to a mortal fatal course. Delay in diagnosis increases mortality. While evaluating all soft tissue infections, the table of necrotizing fasciitis should be kept in mind. Emergency surgical debridement, appropriate empirical antibiotherapy, and hemodynamic support are the basic elements of necrotizing fasciitis treatment.

Nekrotizan Fasiit Olabilir mi?

Nekrotizan fasiit nadir görülen ve hızla hastanın kliniğini bozup mortal seyredebilen bir hastalıktır. Teşhiste gecikme mortaliteyi artırmaktadır. Tüm yumuşak doku enfeksiyonları değerlendirilirken nekrotizan fasiit tablosu akılda tutulmalıdır. Acil cerrahi debridman, uygun ampirik antibiyoterapi ve hemodinamik destek nekrotizan fasiit tedavisinin temel unsurlarıdır.
